Follow the Leader
A key feature that sets Valore apart is its "Follow the Leader" strategy. In this approach, one or more strategic investors, often large-scale real estate funds, commit to investing up to 90% of each project's capital. This arrangement reserves at least 10% for individual investors, who can then invest in the deal on the same terms as the strategic investor, ensuring equal opportunities for all parties involved.
